Tracy Wright is an incredible celebrity designer, mom, an Illinois licensed real estate broker, and an entrepreneur. The former Chicago Police Officer enjoyed her day job helping to keep our streets safe and she was a successful real estate broker, but when the market starting taking a nose dive, she decided to come up with a plan B.
After viewing an episode of "The Big Idea" that featured two successful apparel industry entrepreneurs, she decided, in 2006 to launch Executees, a T-shirt company that highlights a professional, custom, high class line of tees made with Crystallized™ Swarovski Elements.
The custom element makes her a favorite of business owners because she helps businesses stand out. Executees uses quality t-shirts and the custom designs make it a great choice for branding. Their custom t-shirts are perfect for bridal parties, businesses, non-profit organizations, salons, schools, etc.
Toure Muhammad, publisher of Bean Soup Times sports his Executee In 2008, Executees was invited to participate in the fabulous May Spring Shopping Event, at Oprah Winfrey's Harpo Studios.

When asked what advice she would give to other women who want to start their own businesses, Tracy speaks about patience and taking risks.
"You can't be afraid of letting go of a job to pursue and grow your business," she said. She furthermore advises to "keep planting seeds. You don't know where they will grow, but one thing for certain is that they will." With what Tracy has already proven, your mere faith and perseverance certainly goes a long way.

Cash Mob a Small Black Business

Bean Soup Times has united with FraserNet, Inc., The Empowerment Experiment (EE), and Black business advocates to promote "cash mobs" in seven major cities.
Nationally recognized entrepreneur George Fraser, CEO of FraserNet and Maggie Anderson, CEO of The Empowerment Experiment, and Black business advocates launch their first Cash Mob (Noir), an event that will demonstrate the economic value and benefit of supporting local, quality, Black-owned businesses.
The Cash Mob (Noir) operates the same way as a flash mob, but with one major difference: instead of "flashing" the mob will be "spending cash" at a Black-owned business.
Participants in the Cash Mob (Noir) will spend at least $20 at local Black businesses in Atlanta, Chicago, Cleveland, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia and Washington, DC/Prince George's County, MD between 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Saturday, May 19 to demonstrate the great buying power of Black consumers. When Black consumers consistently spend more money with Black-owned businesses, the community will see improvement, by way of recycled dollars and job creation. Supporting Black businesses will change lives.
Additionally there will be a Mob-Mixer afterwards at a Black-owned lounge from 7-9 PM to celebrate and network.
