Black Business It was a real treat to hang out with George Fraser for roughly 24 hours. He’s an amazing entrepreneur, business coach, and relationship builder. So of course, we weren’t really “hanging out” but working and talking about how to improve our community; oh and not only talking about it, but actually doing it.
We stopped by the Chicago Defender and took a tour of the building with the paper’s president, Mike House and had a great discussion with him at Chicago’s Chicken and Waffles. House is a truly incredible brother.

That evening, May 17, George Fraser gave an incredible talk about building relationships, economics and business. He broke down the three types of networks a person needs to be successful, what your most powerful asset in business is, and various key lessons on why you should and how you can launch your business.
And even at 67 years old, George is a ball of energy, focused on his business mission to help Black people build intergenerational wealth and for us to be the number one employer of us. Fraser announced plans for the first Cash Mob Noir in the Black community, a program designed to encourage people to support a Black owned business on May 19, 2012.

Black people and white people are different ain't they? I ain't saying he's a golddigger, but I don't mess with gov't n***ers
While on the campaign trail, Rick Santorum was giving a speech in Janesville, Wisconsin, the republican presidential hopeful almost called United States President Barack Obama a“government n***er.”
I ain't saying Rick's a gold digger, but he don't mess with no government n***ers. I wanna say this in my Bill Duke from Menace to Society voice. "Rick, you know you don't messed up, right?" Wow.
You can make up your own mind on what you think he was going to say. His people say he was going to say he was a government negotiator. But this does raise an important issue about race relations. To some white people, it matters not what you accomplish, you are still viewed at a n***ger.

They tell me traveling changes a person for the better. You grow when you travel. I'm a Muslim and in the Holy Qur'an Allah encourages us to "travel the land." I am pleased to hear about the efforts of 50 Cent. It reminds me of something I heard the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan say about how you can never judge a man that still living. It's only after death, when that period is on a person's life can you begin to analyze their life and their works and their accomplishments and weight the good and bad, the plus and the minuses.
50 Cent says in the video: "I wanna feed a billion hungry people. Let's do this."
According to Freesworld.com:
The video details 50′s reaction to the devastation of drought and war he witnessed in Dolow, Somalia, how he wants his legacy to be meaningful, and how his musical persona doesn’t quite match up with his humanitarian mission.
