CHICAGO—Boisterous city councilman hopes to push the envelop on black vernacular within the halls of city governance. “It’s very important that we pass the ordinance so that no one will ever use the word poop again when referring to the phrase ‘poot butt,’ ” said Weavers. “It’s misleading, erroneous and wrong.”
