Black Flight

CHICAGO--As middle class whites move into single family homes on the near north side, many poverty-stricken Black residents living in the luxurious Cabrini Green public housing high rises immediately applied for government funded subsidized section 8 housing in suburban areas to avoid "living around those people."
"I've got some white friends, but I just don't want to live around them. Most people over here only have to worry about stray bullets from some chump who can't shoot straight," said Kaceeno Brown, member of the Black Gangster Disciple street gang. "Not only can white children shoot straight, but they shoot everybody. Plus, you never know what they'll steal next. They won't stop at a car or some household items--they'll take your name, culture, and religion."

Why RUN AWAY from affluence and TOWARDS poverty and crime?
To see someone THAT comfortable in dysfunction and that AFRAID of change is amazing,,,
